• Due to covid-19 we are currently not accepting exchanges or returns. All sales are final with no refunds. We ask that you contact us with any problems or concerns before submitting any negative reviews to allow us to possibly correct the problem.
• When purchasing a custom unit, the buyer is responsible for accurate measurements. Sew BriJewel is not held accountable for misfit units. 
• All custom units are subject to take at least 7-14 business days before shipping.
